Ive done all that and have temporary.im wondering when ( how many weeks) does it take after you get temporary

Two months for the plastic to show.

40 days and counting for me, lol. 2nd time round same as first time...

If you need the cert number to file a waiver request, you can check the website periodically. I did that and about 7 weeks in, my new Certificate number showed up on that site and I was able to start requesting waivers. Then a week later my plastic card showed up. It looks really official, you could almost flash it to someone and say you're with the FBI. (jk of course). It also looks extremely similar to my Private Pilot card (blue/green pattern).

If you're needing to fly under your RP cert, you are legal once you get the temp cert. You can legally fly commercially without having to wait on the card.

I took my test back in January and got the actual plastic card less than 30 days later.
