I am assuming that the RTK routes the positioning data through the RC to the aircraft, but I don't know that.
Also curious about range limits for RTK. I have experience range testing RTK where it drops signal at 5 miles from the base (yes, LOS the entire time via VO and full duplex comms). I'm just curious if anyone knows the limitations on paper?
