Am I correct in assuming the standard 15mm camera supplied with the X5 will fit any micro four thirds body ?

Yes. The X5 camera and DJI 14mm lens have a Micro 4/3 mount. The lens can be used with any M4/3 camera like the Panasonic GH4 and GH5.
