The inspire can handle the extra weight of the zoom.. I use a strobe with external battery that weighs 3/4 lb.. flight times and top speed is reduced, but I still get plenty of flight time.. The only drawback i see is the cost and clearance..lol.. Hopefully the gimble can handle the weight...

I believe you plug it into the usb port on the back of the rc.. I'm not sure about a link.. you might want to start a conversation with the aviator if you need further assistance. ..

Not everyone uses drones for photography .. there are many different uses for them...

I don't see the value here.. it can't possibly be 10 times better than the x3 .. How much better can it be when it's rated as 4k or whatever. . I thought a FLIR camera was expensive. .lol.. I don't think many pilots will have the guts to risk a 8 k rig to a flyaway or crash...

The rc is the same as the i1 correct? ? The camera and gimble too.. I think we will see a battery mod for the Matrice soon so it can use a i1 battery because of the versatility of the Matrice and the fact that many pilots that own an I1 will buy a Matrice and would want to use their i1...

Would have liked to see the Matrice and i1 use the same battery .. Duell batteries is a rad feature. I have a buddy who modded his p3 with duel batteries. .super cool... I wonder if you could use the same big *** batteries that the turbo ace matrix uses?? That would be awesome. .

I was wondering how hard it would be to rig a i1 battery to Matrice?? I would think you could make a 3d mount for the battery and fabricate a wire harness? ?

It was just a guess ..maybe he's a rocket scientist. ..idk... I'm just glad he has skills to help out and that he does...
