    BLOS flight

well I have been away for a week or so. I am glad to come back and see so many helpful responses. People who absolutely no concept of sUAS, unless they are taking pretty pictures... someone who thinks the P4 is actually an enterprise solution for anything, and a Dr. who has no idea what has...

Michael, that would make a big difference in what I have to insure as the flying platform.

    BLOS flight

Hello all. I am preparing a bid for a beyond line of sight contract with the M6. The bid has no due date, and I am really the only one engaging with this company so time is really not a consideration at this point. I have a few questions for those of you who may have considered similar flight...

I get that. Most licenses are one instance. Example, I have the full blown Davinci Resolve which is 1K. If my computer crashes, I can buy another and reinstall resolve without having to purchase it again. The license that I have purchased "should" in my opinion be transferable if I can return...

@Florida Drone Supply as a dealer, can you answer this question... I have an Inspire 2, x5s, CinemaDNG and ProRes license. If I suffer a total loss on the bird, will the license keys previously purchased transfer to a newly purchased bird?

    Affordable Insurance Company

Yes. My "flying" coverage is $6200. I figure if I have a total loss, that is the value that is airborne. What I don't know is this... If I have a total loss but recover the aircraft, will I have to purchase the ProRes and CinemaDNG license keys again. I have already purchased the license, so...

That is correct. I was a military aviator though. They didn't insure me.

They have had my insurance since I have been in the commercial business.

    Affordable Insurance Company

I want to start this thread off by saying that I am not affiliated with this company in any way, nor do I receive any commission or profit if you get approved for coverage. I am making this post to simply inform seasoned pilots, who may not know, that good coverage at great prices exist. I...

USA Part 107 Flights in Controlled Airspace

When I flew this, 107 was still in planning. I actually flew this under a 333 exemption which the 5nm of a "public airport" requirement was still a restriction. Sorry for not making that clear when I wrote that post, especially since this thread is about 107 flights in controlled airspace...

USA Applied for my 107 waivers today

Yeah, I am aware, I am just interested in seeing examples of what people are using. I do not have access to the individual waiver requests through the FAA system, but I do see a list of all of the ones that get approved. I am trying to gather examples of what people are using to meet...

Interested to know how you addressed the performance standards for each of those. Do you mind sharing?

    Matrice 200 (M200)

I have noted that too. This thing is a test bed for the M8. Some will run out and buy it, I'm waiting for them to incorporate this tech in a bird that's worthy of carrying it. Sent from my iPhone using InspirePilots

    DJI Matrice 200 Info Thread

I have a full size Ronin for ground shooting that I pair with my Blackmagic Cinema 4K. I have thought about it for that too....
