New York State Department of Transportation has a FREE RTK network working throughout the State. Im not sure of the range from the current Mount Point that I'm logged in to, but I'm connected to the network via my RC 2 plus.

Looks pretty hot but I'd recommend a HDMI wireless dongle to clean up the wires and avoid a trip hazard. Also more convenient to hand off to an observer
