A poster asked me about filing NOTAMs through ENII so I thought I would start a new thread to explain how I do it. I first started filing them by calling the Lockheed Martin 800 number and that was fine, but it is glitchy at times. I have had nothing but good experiences with the call takers...

I am going to bet since it is made up of public officials, (Fire/Police) the FAA will tell you you must file for blanket COA. They would see it as an attempt at an end around the rules I think.

If they receive any tax money they are considered a public entity and must have a COA to fly any mission.

I just had a RC USB port go bad on my airframe. I was polite when I called, told them everything I had done to try to fix the problem and requested a RMA. Without a bit of argument they sent me a free shipping label, and in 3 weeks I received a brand new RC. Zero cost to me in shipping, or...

Don't know how it is across the pond, but the FAA is letting farmers in the US use it for their own property as long as they are the one flying. As soon as you incorporate a third party flyer they are calling it for profit, and requireing 333.

Happy I haven't assumed room temperature yet.
