Smart 3D model misalignement

Hi all!
I created a 3D model from a local capture to use it as a base for a smart 3D capture mission.

On a couple of occasions, the route created is shifted to the side of the original building, and today the route created excluded (so in case hit) a part of the target building.

I don't have my RTK antenna with me this time.

Any suggestions?

If I am understanding your problem, you need RTK. Without the RTK on, using the normal GNSS is only accurate as measured in feet or meters. Your drone's positioning will be off measured in feet.
