Remote ID Issues

Hey Everyone,

I recently purchased a new M300 and I'm having issues using the unit outside of DJI Pilot. When pilot is open, my unit is 'normal' green, motors start without issue, and the rear led lights show flashing green. When I back out of Pilot, my rear led lights turn red and I am unable to launch the M300. I go back into pilot where an error shows 'Unable to launch, Remote ID error' which then goes away after a couple of seconds of keeping Pilot open.

What app are you trying to use? Your google link does not work.

No particular app. Literally just issues backing out of DJI Pilot. Let's see if this link works: Google Drive: Sign-in

I think you need to use one app or another. I use the Pilot 2 app, Done Depoly or Site Scan apps. I have not tried to fly without using any app at all. It is possible that is a safety issue that it will not fly without choosing an app.
