UK Pfaw holder's show reel questions

I'm working towards my pfaw and like to look at show reels of qualified pilots to get an idea of styles etc.

I have come across this one from a pfaw holder, but unless I have completely misunderstood the regulations, isn't some of the activity contrary to CAA regs when the aircraft flies over buildings and people?

Most likely done with permission and people under the PfAW holder's control.

Very nicely done, but yeah a few looked like large organised events so most likely had permission, loved the guys footage [emoji106]
