I have just started up my business (in USA) and need a little advice. My starting point will be real estate. I have the equipment/certs and been working on the administrative stuff. I would like to have everything ready to go before I go market for jobs. Per a couple realtors I have spoken to they prefer that I send an email with a link to the pictures/videos so they can upload the photos to MLS themselves. What software/site/programs do you use to keep your photos/videos to link to the realtors? I am working on my website but that is going to take a while to be operational and I'd like to get started before its ready. Also, what insurance do you guys recommend?
