M30 COOLING FAN REVVING UP EVERY 10 SECONDS

I just updated the M30T aircraft and controller as prompted; now the drone cooling fan(??) keeps revving up every 10 seconds (link below)..

Is this normal? It was inside the house and in cool temp.
