I tried a quick, really bad, and my first timelapse with my Matrice 4e.
It is possible. I used the tele lens too so had to stabilise the footage a little in tripod mode in Final Cut Pro. The easiest way to create a timelapse is to use Quicktime image sequence mode. It creates the timelapse then you enter that into Final Cut (if you use that?) I want to try more now. I did some comparisons this morning with my Mavic 3 Pro. The quality (detail) is great from the M4e. The thing I see happening is it is over processing the shadows to lighten them, which is producing too much grain and artefacts in the compression algorithm. Not really played with these settings, need to find the sweet spot and best focal lengths for the 48mp modes.
