I finally got the time to fly my Matrice 4E for the first time. I kept trying to reset the RTH height and it would not change from 395 ft. Finally I figured out you have to back space through the number and then add a height to fit your needs. Once I figured out this was my first landing and it was in a 15mph breeze. I was impressed

It is quite an impressive drone, and we were lucky to grab one in the US at a good price. I see these either being impossible to get or you will be paying much more or you will have to buy some of the ones snuck inside other shipments.

Did you get a chance to try anything out? Or was this more of a just fly it around and get how she handles flight?

I made a 3D model in Terra using the Local Mission Point Cloud and the drone was only 10 feet from a building. It came out in extreme detail. I just cannot find a way to share it easily since Terra does not output the normal Cesium Tiles format.

I was just flying and trying different things with the controller. it took me several tries to figure out that to change setting like max alt or RTH you have to backspace to delet what is there then add what you want "LOL"

Today I was testing some things. Again, it was very windy with a consistent 20 mph wind and gusts at 25.

I tried out the RTH landing myself since I had a hard time landing on my smallish pad.
With RTK corrections on, she landed smack dab in the middle of the pad all while fighting the wind with a large tilt into the wind.
I could not do better on my earlier attempts.
