Esc replacement on a matrice 210 v2 with one from a matrice 200 v2

I recently crashed my matrice 210 v2 and broke off the motor and esc so I bought a used matrice 200v2 from ebay that was a working and flying drone well,at least in demo mode I bought the used 200v2 for parts to fix my 210v2 as I had seen online many times that the parts were interchangeable between the v2 drones but now that I have changed out the motor and esc when I try to power on the drone the green lights come on in the back of the aircraft but directly go off and I hear two clicks from inside the drone. I have unhooked the motor with same result then I unhooked the esc and the drone came on and stayed on I have made sure no wires have been damaged or pinched during the repair I just cant understand what I'm doing wrong I would have loved to have replaced the entire arm of the aircraft with a new one but the arm ,motor,and esc are all sold as one unit for almost 1000 bucks and that is out of my price range
