Ok, so on advice of a drone enthusiast I was steered toward the 30T for a business startup. So far it’s made an excellent but expensive and noisy toy.
Does anybody actually use it in a daily business application?
The mapping software subscription is like $6500 a year and paying that not an option at this point.
Washington state doesn’t have a lot of solar panels.
Any suggestions on how to earn income with it or just sell it?

I went with the 30T for thermal and non-thermal inspection opportunities as well as search and rescue type missions. Since it only has 1/2 inch sensors and no mechanical shutter, it's not the best drone for mapping especially for centimeter survey-grade work. They say it's still capable of doing really good general mapping work but the images aren't as sharp and accurate as ones done with something like the Mavic 3E which has a 20MP sensor and more importantly, a mechanical shutter. There's videos out there comparing the 3E to other drones like Skydio and DJI Inspire. Outside of mapping, the 30T still has many avenues for money making and plenty that don't require thermal. Sure you can get rid of it and get something with a bigger sensor like the Air2s but then you lose out on crazy optical and digital zoom capabilities which you may need for some jobs. Or, you could keep it and do jobs that are overkill for it's abilities like this, with the goal of eventually building a client base and getting work that can only be done with the 30T.
