waypoint

My M350 RTK is running a waypoint mission that was imported from UGCS. At each waypoint it is set to do a coordinated turn (aircraft continues), yet it is stopping at all waypoints. I even changed it to Curved Route (aircraft continues) and it STILL stops at way points. Has anyone experienced this??

I want to use our Matrices, one with X5 and the other with Flir VuePro, to make orthomosaic maps. To do so, I need to autonomously fly waypoint "lawnmower" patterns. I'm trying to figure out which of the autonomous flight programs out there would be EASIEST and BEST SUITED for this mission...
