No. The PolarPro filter sitts 0.5mm off the body of the X4S (once the clear DJI filter is removed of course) and the diameter of the PolarPro filter's glass element is large enough that there is no vignetting. cheers

There are also posts wher if you need to run the X5 on an Osmo grip NOW, you can mod the Osmo grip to accept the X5... Kinda... It's a little flimsy & the Osmo firmware doesn't allow some features.
