Gotcha... misunderstood the direction of the question, I read to much into it.. LOL.. Per our policy, we check NOTAMS, TFR's etc.. before any flights, but have nothing in writing on filing a NOTAM before any mission..

Are you asking about filing a DroTAM in reference an upcoming mission? Or documenting any surrounding NOTAMS before the mission on a Flight Tracking Form...
