RC Plus Controller not entering link state

Hello all, Currently struggling to link RC Plus to an M30 T, whenever I click on link, a " Link failed " error pops up, anyone ever experienced this ? I tried to refresh firmware's, even did a hard reset on RC erasing all data, and still no winning.
