I'm also a SAR pilot and am experiencing the same issue with my M4T not recording the .srt files. Hoping someone has some updated information or a solution.

I have the Matrice 4T. When I do a screen recording, it records to the controllers memory and not to the inserted micro SD card. When I need those recordings, I have to go into settings>movies and then move or copy to the SD card. What am I missing? Where is the setting to record directly to...

I'm experiencing this same issue. VERY frustrated. My Mavic 3 Pro did this seamlessly. But It doesn't seem to do it with the Matrice 4 series, in video. It will do it in photo mode though.
