    they made the repair on the arm or sent a whole new unit ? That seems very affordable for the cost of the X5.

    I could offer the printing arm option. Basically have it scanned and swapped out but it will be a plastic component rather than metal. I picked up a spare x5 to reproduce and create spare arms, parts for it. Message me if this one produces issues going forward.
