I started handwriting down my logs after I lost track of all the flights I did with GSPro and AutoPilot, both of which are not recorded in the DJI Go logs. I managed to get them from the logs in the bird itself, but it was a PITA. Best advice is to keep a handwritten log, like Editor already said.

Don't you need GO 3 instead of 4? 4 is only for the Inspire2, Phantom4 series and Mavik AFAIK. Matrice 100 uses GO 3, like Inspire1. Unless I'm totally wrong of course.

Using a high shutter speed you could do 4K video. You will have no motion blur with a fast shutter. That way it is easier to pinpoint where a specific freeze frame is looking at while skipping through the footage. Flown manually I would prefer to do it in 3 separate runs. South, north and...

If you do it that way, make sure you set a higher shutter speed than when filming normally. Leave the HD filter off. If the shutter speed is high enough, freeze frames will look like photos. Unless you choose for a cinematic blur of course, which can be useful as well at times.
