Has anyone found a decent lens hood for the 12mm that you can use with a polarizer or other filters? The only one I have found is the official Olympus square metal hook=d, however you can't slip it on over the polarizer. You can install the polarizer after the lens hood is on, but it's nearly...
So we called DJI tech support this morning. When we called the unit was still not giving us a video feed on the Osmo. Tech support had us put it back on the Inspore and miracle of all miracles, we got a video feed. Then when we switched it back to the Osmo...yep we now have an audio feed and...
We've been using our X5R on an Osmo and in our Inspire1. We turned on the Osmo this morning after we installed the Z Axis arm to build a fix so the X5R would work on the Z Axis, which incidentally worked great, however now we have no picture in the DJIGO app. We checked all the connections and...
We have a nearly new X5R for sale for $2,000.
My email is [email protected]
We're using it on our Inspire and Osmo, but it's too noisey for the osmo so bought an X5.
Thx...Jim Watt
We charge $2,200 a day for any kind of job whether it's stills or video, raw or H264. That's with pilot and DP dual control Inspire 1, multiple lenses from 12mm-45mm & with Phatom 4 as backup. Editing is $100 per hr.

We've used the inspire & X5R in the last 5 minutes of evening twilight on a cloudy night with excellent results with ISO 400 and 800 at f2.8 & f4. This was shooting a 7+ million dollar house with exterior lights on and a few lights in the house, golf course behind.
So far the only time we have plugged in via USB is when tech support directed us to do so. The computer didn't recognize the aircraft.
I think tech support was going to update the firmware with the USB connection, but when it didn't work we sent it in to DJI. That was 4 weeks ago and still...
We had the same problem. Flew anyway and all our pans & tilts were jerky. Talked to tech support and eventually had to send it to DJI for repair. I'd make a few test shots before filming.
We also couldn't get our computer to recognize the camera when plugging in via USB.
Hi Intermurph,
It's certainly possible they're encrypted, but highly unlikely in my opinion, but since they are hidden we don't have a clue. In theory even if they are encrypted is it possible to move them from one drive to another if they can be found. I don't have a clue...way beyond my...
Clearly it is a proprietary format and I'm not suggesting breaking into it nor cracking the inscription. All I want is to find the folder and transfer it to another drive to open later.
Seems to me a computer file is a computer file and there is likely a way to find it in order to move it...
We really NEED to have someone find the hidden SSD file folder of DNG files so we can do a quick transfer in the field of our raw files so we can continue flying and filming. Once we get the files then later in the edit room we can use the painfully slow DJI Cinelight app to extract them...
We too shoot without the SSD and it works fine recording to the SD card. Video is in our opinion markedly better than the video we get from the Phantom 4.
Has anyone found a work around for dumping SSD files to a hard drive. We love the pictures, but 3 days to dump a drive is definitely something that needs to change.
Some computer whiz has to know how to get passed this issue.
Thx...jw
