have you tried it with different lenses, like the smaller 45mm or the 14-24?

i had an issue like yours only i couldnt tilt or pan the x3 gimbal. i fixed it by selecting "reset camera settings" and it worked. worth a shot anyhow. also try rebooting everything a few times.

pretty hard to imagine breaking a carbon fiber arm from a fall " less than 10 ft into soft underbrush" you need a pretty hard to crash to snap a carbon fiber arm and bend the worm drive, so im guessing it was a pretty severe impact your now downplaying. i call bs on your story.

my guess is dji will drag their feet on in app rack focus. they want to sell you the $2,000 dji focus, which would be great if i had 2 more hands, or hire an ac/focus puller....

the wheel works pretty good, but we need to be able to set hard stops/rack end points so as to not go too far.

not all of the gimbals are off. my x3 and x5 are next to perfect, with almost no drift at all. im amazed by how well they stay level. i can spin real fast and watch the horizon stay locked. i never have to manually adjust. i also do a cold/level imu calibration then a gimbal calibration. my...

do a cold and level imu calibration. leave it in the garage or a cool place for a while, then select imu calibration as soon as you power it on. then do a gimbal calibration. should fix it.
