Just send it to DJI, They are the only ones who can repair it. The repair centers cannot calibrate the camera after parts are replaced. Only DJI can calibrate, Go to DJI website and open a repair ticket. They will give you a shipping label to send it in.

What are you shooting? Close ups or anything over 15'? I believe the infinity focus is about 15' from the lens. So just set in manual at infinity in most cases.

Crashed awhile back with my X5s. Broke the gimbal in half. Went to local DJI in Denver. They said that they did not have the equipment to calibrate after the repairs. Sent it back to DJI. Whole process took about 3 weeks. $300 Works like new.

Go on the DJI website and open a repair ticket. Mine looked exactly like yours. Send it to DJI. they will respond with a price to fix it. Mine was only $300 to repair. Works like brand new. Heck of a lot cheaper than a new one.

Have you tried the custom color balance setting at 5200K? If you haven't then give it a try. It fools the camera so that it it lowers the magenta.

The DJI reader is notoriously slow. Many have had this issue. This is a big complaint especially with copying Cinema DNG files. The fastest transfer rate I can get is 49 mbs a second with usb 3.0 on my desktop editor. Very frustrating.
