Tell who you are .... SLaw1211 doesn't show up with PP.

It's because you are only taking a still from video ... look at the size! When you are in video .... do video ..... when you want stills get out of video! Cheers, Jon

Like others have said ... under exposed & shutter speed too low. Also, I would never use f9. Sweet spot is f5.6. Your lens looks to be sharp. Always use the histogram when setting exposure & set almost all the way right. Very hard to get a spectacular picture from that far away. Move in...

Glad it worked out for you :) I crashed my X5R the other day & was sick :( I was shooting tractor pulls .... well it changed over to a truck pull & the sled they used was too light & went too far. When I thought my Inspire was stopped, I looked up & it was backing into a nice fluffy ash tree...

I pre-ordered the X5R on January 7th ..... then decided to order the X5 & see how that works for me. It has proved to be a nice camera & will be sending it back next week & have pre-ordered the X5R again .... gee, I hope the X5R shows up before March :) Cheers, Jon
