Dont hold your breath pal. I have been sourcing old parts for a build this week and chasing lots of companies. EVERYONE is sick of their attitude in the UK and wishes they didnt have to deal with them. They never make decisions to look after us as a consumer, its all about the $ sadly

I would look at a good quality variable ND filter. There is a few out there now that are light enough to balance ok. As the saying goes though you get what you pay for so cheap filter may be just that. I have and use the polar pro's myself but i did not know when i purchased them that variable...

Their certainly usable just not quite where they should be imho. 99% of the time a client certainly wouldn't notice and thats what counts.

I wouldn't beat yourself up too much. The reality is everyone likes to pretend the photos from these cameras are great but they edit them to death to make them look decent. This cameras strength is video and photos need a good edit to shine.

Pictures from the x5 are never brilliant and often good editing is why they look well. You cant beat a full size sensor for photos. My D5000 wipes the floor with our x5r photo wise.

Thats good to hear, I was under the impression that all the old Dji stuff had to be controlled using the Bluetooth link and ground station app. I will have to do some more digging. I was told in could only do 50 waypoints at a time as well so maybe this i not true. My local repair centre said...
