I had the same problem with the X3 when using U3 cards my guess is the X5 doesn't support them either. I haven't tried U3's yet but am interested in knowing the answer to this because the U1 buffer time between photographs is terrible when shooting RAW+JPG. I suggest filming a something moving...

what were your settings for the 2nd night/evening video? How did you get the flickering to go away which was present in the first?
