Maybe it looks sharper because the X5 footage was shot in NONE (0,0,0), but this tends to be over sharpened in camera. I would dial Sharpness down to -2 and add it in post.

I find that ISO200 looks better than ISO100 which seems artificial. 200 seems to be the best option for the X5.

Focus issues with your X5? I have calibrated my lens (Oly 12mm) over and over and checked focus is ok when shooting photos. But as soon as you shoot video in DLOG or CINE, something weird happens. Attached is a JPG (f/6.3) - close, but not the sharpest aperture but serves the purpose here -...

Thanks your input. I'll give that a try tomorrow. Getting settings for smooth yaw in place...just being a pixel peeper when it comes to focusing.

So if you shoot MF set to infinity, do you have any idea how close can you get before it gets out of focus with fx. f/8?

So do you calibrate - and when that's good - then you always shoot video on MF set to infinity?

Do you need to calibrate the 12mm the same way you do with the DJI 15mm in the app? If so, did you have any issues with that?

You should keep the Non-Pro fw that you have. The Pro-fw flashes the ESC's to reflect the Inspire 1 Pro has slightly more powerful motors. So just stay where you are w I1 and use the normal X5 fw.

Stick w the Inspire 1 (non-pro) firmware you have - it will work w X5.
