What lens are you using? Is it apparent when you try to focus in the app that the camera tries to focus? Have you calibrated the camera lens inside the app?

Check to make sure your camera focus and aperture settings are set to auto on the lens itself. If you are using the 12mm or 17mm make sure the focus clutch is set to auto. Also need to make sure you set the app to AF and tap the screen once you set your aperture. Please also specify if...

Sorry to dig up an old grave, but we are experiencing this on the X5 as well as the X5S. Anyone come up with any ideas to help mitigate this effect. I was thinking of taking down a couple points on the Saturation in camera, but even if we shoot dlog it is very noticeable.

If you put it away flying, I would just test fly it and would recommend not upgrading until after your job. It may just be me but I never change anything before a shoot. If I feel the urge to update I make sure I have a few days before a shoot to remediate an issue. Best of luck.
