Hi I sent my x5 to dji and the fixed it quick. I had a bad axsis Motor. $236 bucks

Idk if your shooting in auto or manual in camera settings. Try switching into manual mode if you are in auto mode and mess with your iso and shutter speeds. Jut do it in small increments and see if that helps. Idk either I’m rookie as well and had similar and that helped me. Good luck
