Does anyone know if there is a firmware issue with "hot" swapping the new osmo firmware updated X5 from shooting on the OSMO back to the Inspire 1? Or is a firmware update needed between?

Totally off topic but I can't get into the 360 thing. Seems really gimmicky. I don't like that a dp/director isn't guiding your experience, losing some of that film magic.

As stated before your horizon is skewed. If you first even that out then make the distortion adjustment you will be able to fix the image. It sucks a bit that DJI didn't include an in camera correction for the distortion. However, I'm pretty sure it would cost in processing power or even maybe...

No the manual will read almost like a instructional manual for your operations and safety procedures. It should be written so if you were incapacitated another member of the crew could easily try and safely maintain the closed set. It must be present there on set unlike your exemption ruling...

Not at all however most motors are more efficient moving one direction over the other. The calibration will take that in effect as well as mass and momentum which could be altered in a non static platform such as a drone.

It's the same processor that is in the gopro hero 4. In the hero 4 its running 60Mb/s so unless it's really future proofed I doubt it.

I'm sure an aperture above f11 will make for a softer image. To point 2 though how will you know that you have achieved "balance" Some gimbal calibrations aren't neutral. They can be front or rear weighted based on the motor orientation without DJI's input on it we don't really know.

I think the only thing to worry about is long term use with these heavier filters. The gimbal seems powerful enough it's just probably more wear and tear than normal.
